🗓️ What is a pre-order, and how does it work?
Because our signature Adorned in Him faith claw clips are meticulously hand-detailed to order, we launch our collections via exclusive pre-order flights. This ensures we can focus entirely on craft perfection and custom specifications for your sacred day. When you purchase a pre-order item, your order is secured in our crafting flight immediately upon successful checkout.
🚚 When will my order ship?
Every single clip is strictly made-to-order and hand-assembled with love and precision right here in the UK.
• Processing Time: Please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of your purchase for your custom piece to be crafted, quality-checked, and safely packaged.
• Shipping Time: Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking link via email the second it leaves our studio.
🎨 Can I order a sacred name that isn't listed in the dropdown menu?
Absolutely! If you have a sacred name close to your heart that isn't on our standard menu, simply select the 'Custom Name' variant option on the product page and complete your purchase. Immediately after checking out, please head to our store Contact Form page and send us a message including your Full Name, Order Number, and your desired Custom Name.
⚠️ Please Note: Due to the physical shape and elegant curve of our current Adorned in Him collection, custom names can be a maximum of 5 characters. (Stay tuned, love! We have a gorgeous rectangular claw clip collection dropping in the near future that will feature longer sacred names and even more space for personalisation!)
📦 I ordered multiple clips. Will they ship together?
Yes! To ensure all your items arrive safely and together, your entire order will be packaged and shipped in one parcel once every single custom clip in your transaction has been meticulously crafted and completed.
❌ Can I cancel or amend my pre-order?
Because we begin allocation of materials and hand-crafting configurations swiftly, cancellations or changes to your custom variants can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production has officially begun, and amendments cannot be made.
🔄 What is your return policy on pre-orders?
Because every Adorned in Him clip is customised and individually tailored to your unique specifications, pre-order custom pieces are exempt from standard returns and refunds under UK consumer guidelines. In the highly unlikely event that your keepsake arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our store email with your order number and photographs, and we will rectify it immediately.
🎁 Are there any other additions coming to the shop?
Yes! We are incredibly excited to share that our highly anticipated Mini Bridal Emergency Kit and Deluxe Bridal Emergency Kit will be launching very soon. These luxury kits will feature a gorgeous artisan curation of independent British beauty products alongside our signature clips.
