Every single "Adorned in Him" Faith Claw Clip is strictly made-to-order and hand-detailed to your unique specifications right here in the UK. Because these pieces are customised and individually tailored, custom pre-order items are exempt from standard statutory returns, cancellations, and refunds under UK Consumer Rights guidelines. 

Amendments & Cancellations:
Because we begin allocation of premium materials and hand-crafting configurations swiftly, changes or cancellations to your chosen variants (such as base styles or names) can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production has officially begun, and amendments cannot be made. 

Damages and Production Errors:
Your complete satisfaction and peace of mind on your sacred journey is our absolute priority. In the highly unlikely event that your keepsake arrives damaged in transit or with a production mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Store Email]. 

Please include your Full Name, 4-Digit Order Number, and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request immediately and arrange for a priority replacement or rectification.
